The World is your Classroom

One of the most important thing I've learnt in the little time I've spent on earth and the first thing I would like to speak about in this blog is summed up in one single sentence

"The world is your Classroom"

This is probably the most important sentence I live by.
Knowing and living in the consciousness that the world is a classroom where you should constantly be learning.

The best way I like to learn is by being conscious of the things happening around me and the lessons they present, waiting for me to grab.
These lessons could come from your experiences or the experience of other people around you, maybe even a seemingly insignificant movie but know that there is always something to learn everyday about a subject that really catches your interest.
I, for instance can be reading a passage in scripture completely unrelated to love and I'm picking up relationship lessons, I can't even tell you how but my spirit is always quick to grab everything I can learn on things that catch my interest.

It could be as pertaining relationships, could be leadership, could be finances, etc.
There are lessons to learn scattered around you, in your everyday activities.

For instance, when you see something not too good happening around you, don't just say "it is well" and let it slide; Decide that you're not going to be a victim of that circumstance, decide to do better.
What are the leadership techniques you feel aren't yielding much result at fellowship? Make it a point not to repeat them
Why do people not get it right in dating so many times in a row? You don't want this to be your testimony so think on what the problem is and how you can prevent it from happening to you.
A woman just lost her life due to domestic violence, what has that taught you about marriage, human habits and choice of partners?

The point is there are alot of lessons on leadership, human relationships, etc around you; pick up the good and deliberately work on ways to prevent the bad.
Remember that the world is your classroom; so long as you remain in the world, make sure you keep learning everyday whether you have access to a book or not!!

Thank you for reading.
I really hope this has blessed us in some way, if so please leave a comment and share the link to the post.
Until my next blog post, Stay Happy
